How My Journey Began

For over twenty years, my life has been a search for what it means to be truly fulfilled and present. I’ve been a student in quiet and load corners of India, Latvia, and the Swiss mountains, exploring a bouquet from somatic healing to nature medicine. My work isn't just a profession; it's the result of my own deep transformation and a commitment to living a life of meaning.

I spent years in senior management across 30 countries, so I know the weight of professional pressure intimately. Today, I use those insights to help you find balance, proving that you can navigate a successful life while remaining deeply at peace within yourself.

Life & Leisure: I’m a father, husband, passionate about all sports, and a lover of time in nature. I believe life is beautiful especially when shared.

About Kārlis Kalns Paradise

Born in Latvia, my external life once seemed solid and successful: a multiple-time Latvian youth champion in track and field, an EU Championship participant, an active choir singer, and a dancer. I achieved strong academic success and built many meaningful relationships.

Yet beneath the surface, I carried what so many of us do—fears, worries, anxiety, uncertainty, and stress. I had learned to hide these parts of myself, hoping to fit in, avoid conflict, and earn love and appreciation from those around me.

But I knew something had to change. I was determined to discover what it truly means to live a happy, successful, authentic, and fulfilled life. Over the past 20 years, I've been on a continuous journey of growth, healing, and transformation—a journey that continues today.

Now, I am grateful to support others like you on your own healing path. We all have suppressed parts and unconscious patterns and thoughts that no longer serve us. Together, we can transform them into behaviors that align with who you are today and the person you are becoming.
